A 53ft 1999 Piper Boat Builders 4 berth traditional stern narrowboat.

Earlies is a well presented narrowboat whose flexible sleeping arrangements make it perfect for a couple or small family to explore the waterways network.

Entering from the stern and through the engine room, you first reach the bedroom. This has a fixed double bed and plenty of storage options.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower, wash basin and a cassette toilet. There is also a portable twin tub washing machine.

The galley follows. This is equipped with a 4 burner hob, oven, undercounter fridge with an ice box and a sink & drainer. There is an additional chest freezer located in the wardrobe in the bedroom. There is also a lot of worktop space and storage.

The last cabin along is the dinette and saloon. The dinette is in a Pullman's style and can be converted into either a double or 2 single berths as required. The saloon is unfurnished which gives you scope to add your own bits and pieces. This area is heated by a diesel stove.

Doors then lead you out onto the bow deck which has a seating area.

In addition to the diesel stove, Earlies has central heating throughout.

As part of the cruising kit there is a Anchor included.

Earlies has a Boat Safety Certificate, valid until September 2026.
