A 50ft 1972 West Riding Boat Co 2 berth traditional stern narrowboat.
This boat is currently minimally furnished and would make an ideal project for somebody wanting to transform it into a fully furnished holiday home or live-aboard.
As you enter through the stern, you pass through the engine room into a small bathroom area containing a cassette toilet.
The next cabin consists of a double bedroom with windows either side.
At the centre of the boat is the galley, equipped with a sink/drainer unit and a gas hob and oven. There is also plentiful storage with multiple cupboards available.
At the bow end of the boat there is an open plan saloon with a central multi-fuel stove. This could easily provide a dining area plus room for a sofa or sofa bed. Finally double doors enter onto the the bow and covered area.
The engine was serviced and a new gear box installed in 2023.
