A 53ft 1992 Colecraft 4 berth traditional stern narrowboat.

Masquerade boasts an 'A' frame and cratch cover to the bow deck, enabling it to be used as an additional reading room or sundeck. There are 4 solar panels on the roof and the boat was last blacked and serviced in 2022.

The stern doors are painted internally in a classic Roses and Castles design, and steps descend into the engine room. A side door leads to the double bedroom, which contains a dressing table area, wardrobes and cupboards, a central heating radiator and a fixed double berth with carved wooden newel post.

The bathroom is well equipped with bath, shower overhead, washbasin and wc.

Walking forward from the bathroom, the traditional layout leads to a galley area with built in hob and oven, houdini hatch for light and ventilation, fridge unit, sink and draining board, and ample drawer and cupboard space.

The saloon is currently fairly open-plan and contains a double sofa-bed, attractively curved wooden fittings, central heating radiator and a solid fuel stove.

Two steps lead to double doors onto the bow area.
