A 57ft 2004 Aqualine Manhattan 4 berth semi-traditional stern narrowboat

This beautifully-presented narrowboat was built and fitted out by the highly respected Aqualine Boatbuilders, and comes with a wealth of information including the original Owners Manual.

Water Song's name is reflected in the musical-themed livery, and the boat is well protected with both cratch and rear pram covers. A solar panel is also housed on the roof.

The semi-traditional stern has comfy cushion seating, and you then step down into the interior which is furnished throughout in attractive ash ply panelling.

The first cabin is a comfortable double bedroom with cross bed and wardrobes to either side.

Next to the bedroom is a smart bathroom containing washbasin and storage, pump out toilet and spacious shower cubicle.

Moving forward, the galley is simply stunning, with gleaming granite worktops, integral oven and hob, inset sink with granite drainer, new fridge and washing machine, and a side hatch for extra ventilation when cooking. The whole galley and saloon area are comprehensively supplied with two large radiators, as well as a solid fuel stove in the saloon.

The saloon itself comprises a generous dinette which can provide a second double bed for guests, a wall-mounted tv and useful storage cupboard.

Water Song was newly painted and fitted with new windows and portholes in 2023. Of particular note are the hardwood-framed internal doors with opaque glass panels, providing privacy whilst not compromising on natural light.
